Breakfast in Vietnam

Classic Vietnamese breakfast, Pho (pronounced fa with ascending a) a rich beef broth with noodles, beef shavings, cilantro, onion and other vegetables, together with Vietnamese coffee, a powerful espresso served with sweetened condensed milk either hot, or over ice.

    The pho looks delicious! And I love savory breakfasts. I imagine the coffee w/ condensed milk provides plenty of sweetness for the meal!
